Eating in our restaurant, the Vacanza, is an experience that bursts with flavors, especially those from the land of Veneto, with a choice of regional recipes and international cuisine for satisfying the needs of every palate. Our Chef uses fresh seasonal vegetables, local “O km” products and DOC meats.

Our menu offers different dishes to choose from every day. At lunchtime allow yourself be tempted by a delicious buffet of hot and cold appetizers. The “Green Buffet” is full of raw, cooked and grilled vegetables at both lunch and dinner, and there is always a buffet of fresh fruit and dessert.

Wine list: Bacchus’ selection

A glass of good wine will allow you to taste even the culture and poetry of the land it comes from.

Our wine list mainly focuses on labels from the Euganean and Venetian Hills, but it also offers a wide selection of Italian wines from other regions, predominantly DOC and DOCG.

Gluten-free and low-calorie Menu

We are able to prepare gluten-free Menus and delicious low-calorie dishes, according to specific diets.
In order to satisfy your dietary needs please inform us what they are at the time of booking, in that way we can organize everything before you arrive.

The pleasure of breakfast

A buffet is served in the allocated room on the first floor, from 7.30-10.15 am.

Lavish and delectable, sweet and savoury: fresh croissants, cakes and homemade tarts, a variety of bread, butter and jam, yogurt, cereal and milk, eggs, selection of cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit and fruit salad, fruit juices and mineral water.
The dining room staff will be on hand to prepare your favourite hot beverage.
